Paying $840,000 for $3.5m facility isn’t great and no way are they paying any of it back in cash. So will be even more dilution when they convert at a discount.
Hope it works out for you but seen it all before so I’m out as soon as I can get out. Unfortunately not enough volume to exit straight away without crashing SP. So will have to be patient.
