In comparison, I note the same harm to the market cap, momentum, and more so, corporate reputation.
Large shareholders arguing, to this enormous extreme, is felt by all and therefore, mutates into darkness.
Can't see winners, as of yet, apart from those who need to finally cross the line first.
Maybe we should wait for the man, or woman.
