That's right Captain.
I also queried the validity of that 50/50 say but when I did some drongo laughed at the idea. Just like he laughed at the idea that we only need to spend $3.5M.
I reckon that if there was a real 50/50 say in this JV, nothing would have get done and we would still be in an arbitration.
