We always like to think the share price is being manipulated when it is going down. Did the same apply when it was skyrocketing?
I do not know the answers to these questions, but the current decline in the price has been a little inexplicable and my thinking is that based on the news, and the relatively small volumes that the price may have been pushed lower to allow for more accumulation. As others have stated, banks do not lend $50m without significant due diligence and an understanding/confidence in ability to repay. NAB have confidence, yet it seems the market doesn't... or maybe it does and wants in, but the only way to buy up volume is to push the price lower and trigger stop losses? Either way, the current downward price movement is only temporary and will start heading upward soon in reflection of the real prospects of this company which is certainly no Dog!
