    no problem. i understand since i read the announcement in the same manner and my jaw dropped. in fact, i was about to sell my shares but then decided to ring the company and ask: "Is this for real?" they explained to me they are hoping to complete the American Energy deal within 4 months and, if not, make other arrangements to repay DGR.
