I agree there is significant upside, and hoping for this soon given my ave is still above 20c, but don't forget we will also have circa $500M DEBT. I know you said it's a very basic comparison, but it's pretty meaningless if you don't factor in debt.
You would need a DCF to compare RES to WHC. Hopefully a broker will initiate coverage of RES and provide a valuation once the finance is approved.
