Yes the question is always the price at which you can raise equity and debt. Why would Evercharge not be happy to provide more money if it gets paid 10% plus the chance to convert into shares with a floor price of 5cps? I would, if the Origin deal starts delivering a lot of clients which seems a safe assumption. We will only need more capital if it does start delivering.
