It's a tough road back regardless. Yes it's effectively a shell and will have to do a number of things to get itself "clean" and re-listed. Likely to strip out/sell most of the existing portfolio which is a mess. Temporary board replaced by a good board with good projects or taken out by a corporate advisory firm who would probably have projects to vend in. Either way there will be pain for existing shareholders and more funding will be required - maybe take up some more shares!!
