Chris said to me last September that they will not be coming back to the market for money until both the MRE and Scoping Study are released. Things can change I know but that was the intention then, and so curve balls aside, thats what I expect to happen.
I totally agree with your other comments about timeframes and that a big CR isnt necessary, say 15-20M for drilling land acquisition and progress to FS. As you say if the MRE and Scoping Study surprises to the upside, which I expect too, then the CR will be done at much higher prices and so dilution will not be huge (maybe ~10%).
