What is going on with this company? So many victory laps after...

What is going on with this company? So many victory laps after taking over the company only to do nothing with it. I doubt any of these former directors have assets and if they do, this is going to take for ever. I think the current directors are a bit delusional thinking that they are going to use litigation to recapitalise the Company. Surely they could make this a Plan B and have it running in the background whilst they actually do something with a project. ?
