    Just under 11%pa interest + 2% establish fees (amortised over 2yr loan term) on a 40% LVR mortgsge security..... isnt that at the higher price end of secured finance these days?

    Almost do as well going down to see a ‘Gentleman who makes problems go away” or ‘The Angels’....or “Rates for Mates”?

    Ah well..... Desperate Acts for desperate times....
