If anyone is questioning why didn't they get a lower interest rate given the stronger position of XRG with strong growth now at play and sort of/almost cashflow positive, keep in mind the debt is still presumably unsecured (ie. the indoor skydiving assets are not mortgaged) and that the RBA interest rate has increased a good 4% since they signed the previous debt, so the effective rate has dropped from 14% to 10%.

Presuming the skydiving centres not part of security gives flexibilty for carving off from the Operator XR main game.
