I, like many other Mum & Dad investors have and will lose a lot of money if this deal goes ahead and so will Gordon M. I believe and have said for SO long that Neil F is not up to the job and neither are the board of directors. A company with a turn over of nearly 1 billion and can't turn out a profit or significnatly reduce debt then this company is being totally mismanaged. There is no silver lining in sight BUT if the vote is rejected I look forward to the onslaught of blood from senior management.
