Let me get this straight..... We get 3 cents fully franked dividend, Justin gets 21/2 mill management break fee, But the bit I don’t fully understand is if we (SH who plan to take the money and run.... immediately) are still going to be whacked for the 2% or 2 cent ? Withdrawal fee if we take it immediately (in the first 12 months) ? I understand the 3 cent divvy, I understand the 2.5 mill, but do we then get whacked another 2 cents per share ? Or is this only if you transfer over to Justin’s “new” fund and withdraw in the first 12 months ?
Sounds like we are getting hit with a double penalty ?
Would appreciate others opinions and interpretations....
