@Bailey241. Agree on all counts. You may know me as a fierce critic of Justin and the way he has failed to perform for the last 4 years, whilst taking management fees for doing so. He is gouging to the last bell.
Unlike CVF,I don’t think there’s any room to move with this one, and I think the only option is to wait till the fat lady sings. If your calculations are correct NaV of (say) $1.085 take out 3.5 cents for costs and redemption = 1.05 with the possibility of a small amount of franking?
I wonder if the $1.08 is before the 3 cent FF div and the NTA will then be down around $105 ?
Very messy, very short on specifics except what the manager gets.
In terms of ethics, this is close to my worst investment. I see that Mirabella Investments was buying the other day. I wonder what they can do to extract a better outcome ? If at all ?
