@Bailey241 You are spot on with your calculations. Investors face a c2% penalty upfront to get their own capital back after giving Justin the privilege of losing us money for so many years and paying for that too! The fund has c$200m under management so that basically works out to $4m for Justin if all investors decide to exit the fund. Add to that Justin pockets a $2.5m break fee. Disgraceful behaviour but after so many years of watching Justin, I don't even expect any better from him these days. It was entirely within his control to propose a fair proposal for shareholders but clearly, fairness and Justin don't mix! He's basically just milking it for every last cent at the expense of long-suffering shareholders. Being bad at your job (investing) is one thing, but being unfair to shareholders on the way out takes it to a new low. Well done Justin, well done.
