Yeh, Good question about Vlado's salary. He was paid $350k p.a + super, then Kat takes over the same role on $210k + super ? The failed ex-CEO now reports to Kat so he should be paid a lot less than her. Kat didn't say anything about reducing his salary for his lesser role so she's probably happy to pay him the same $350k + super cause it doesn't have to be disclosed and nobody will ever know. Like VivRookie says - there are snouts in the trough. Classic.
