This has happened before when there has been a CR. It's not that the directors had less shares, it was because their percentage of the total number of shares had diminished. It's really about their voting power. Their holding is still the same , but not their voting power. I agree, the notice should have another title, if indeed it is needed at all.
I wonder why HC still has the SP at 2.7c, I thought they had a live feed.
