Given the company should have a nasdaq prospectus in some shape or form, i would assume so blackout or sensitivities until its finished or approved etc. They did announce they reckon it should go public soon also.
Maybe we all need to give the management some air to get stuff done. Ppl here want constant news but also want Nasdaq listing - probably needs to be one after the other.
