    not sure why you believe my post relates to personal grudge.
    i just watch a guy acquire tenements in his own name,cthen offload to the company at a premium (conflict much?). i read court cases involving him sharking people out of their investments. am aware of instances where he borrows money and then refuses to repay debt.

    so - as i said, and was pointed out by others - just prudent to do your due diligence.
