In my opinion, whatever Pact said, think the opposite. While the context states many names, it didn't mention TIC's founders. I assumed that the 30 millions suite case will go forward and RG is looking to load off some responsibilities elsewhere.
Again, I was right based on the past history, RG can't sit tight in the office with his job no more than 3-6 months. Just like in the past (2018-2019).
