if i recall he did much same with the oil company, loaded everybody up with shares nobody could cash in then shut company down for months using excuse the bod was seeking funding, then company just disappeared of the asx.
whats interesting is he's involved with 4 other companies and a dozen more affiliates. now on the run in sth america!
