can you show me where this info is. ive done the background from mlm official announcements and they dont really track your comments. while it certainly sounds like a nightmare the BOD seemed to be just as culpable. looks like shareholders did nothing. further to this, they agreed to settlement terms which to me says he had atleast a legal leg to stand on in making his claim.

i appreciate the shareholder perspective, but we are rarely provided insight into the BOD deliberations. but if you have legit docs, I'd be greatful.
