I think he will make an excellent addition to the team.
He has stated in the past (IVA days), he prefers "a strategy based on organic growth via exploration not by bulking up with expensive acquisitions".
Cudos to Uncle Bob with this appointment.
This might also get the attention of a few people to invest in HAV based on his appointment.
