To be honest sounds like the CEO's job actually don't you think?
Here's some free advise that ptretty much covers that job in about 10 minutes work:
1) Look for stuff.
2) Dig up stuff.
3) Sell stuff.
4) Make SP nice and high.
5) Give shareholders some of the profit AKA dividends
