    I got out today as i believe the SP will drift down a little until deal is done and CEO appointed. Will re-enter again as I think this will be a safe long term buy.

    Not sure if a General Manager Strategic Planning going to CFO is a good look. That worries me a bit. He may be a very good planner and economist, and newOZ needs that, but is he a CFO.

    The other obvious ommission is who will act as CEO when the new team comes in. The sooner AM and the rest of the MM crew go, the better. Will BC act as CEO.
