Why exactly after all this time as non exec Chairman, overseeing disclosure to shareholders, remuneration, accountability on the company's and executive's performance (KPI's), and issuing staff with performance bonuses is the move to Executive Chairman (not best practice governance) being done now? Is it to issue himself with large amounts of equity? A better start would be to give shareholders insight into their company- what revenue from Cherry Hub and when, and what else is happening and to ensure accountability. I await the next quarterly report which hopefully can give shareholders some better understanding.
