No problem at all… if there is crop farmers are stuck they need them. Agree no water and no crop no need for gins. The cost to replace them is a massive cost. The new gin in the ord NAM is a holder of, is multiples of what NAM gins are valued at balance sheet.
my only doubt of a takeover not happening is Samuel terry. They sell out to protect their own interests and shareholders have been left holding the bag, research Aims property fund to give you an idea. Don’t see it happening given he chairman’s response and board make up… but hey been wrong before.
NAM sees hundreds of millions pass through it yearly and that ginned cotton is someone’s margin and they wouldn’t be happy about that if it’s gone…
