I will disclose I own both LCK and STX. But LCK's Urea model is probably way cheaper than anything STX will produce it at because of gas composition. This is the entire reason I liked LCK in the first place. The costs of production were outlined in this preso.
The fact there seem to be 3 projects in the wings, excluding existing production, proved LCK's business strategy and validates their strategy. LCK has become an even bigger takeover play because once the other guys crunch their numbers and do the comparison, they will work out they might be cheaper buying LCK and doing other things with WA gas! Fracking the Great Sandy Desert is not going to happen. There is no need. There's decades worth of gas already discovered. And it will be fought against hard.
I am happy holding and accumulating as and when.
