With Ray's transition from Executive Chairman to Non-Executive Chairman starting from last Monday, does anyone know what his new remuneration package would be ? I assume it would be similar to Steve Parson now. Should be a good savings to AuTECO's bottom line of at least $250,000. Here is an extract from the last annual report show the remuneration for the directors. We should include a % of their salary package linked to performance.
