I'd say there is a strategy being planned. Chairperson's only responsibility now is to ensure appropriate governance of the board with this change.
2 out of the 3 announcements really about corporate governance. (share trading policy & Chairperson role)
AUT cannot go to the market asking for money again to explore. the next raising will need to be about a change in strategy.
