Ross Love update 08/09/22 :… “ I am confident the AEM team has the necessary skills and commitment to assist us to transition CVMTM to commercial sales. I have approved AEM recruiting two new key staff who I believe will be instrumental in this process, one who will be based in Europe and who will anchor the relationship with Airbus and the other who I believe has the necessary analytical and project management skills to add significant value to our Sales and Marketing team.”

But he may be neither of the two new key people
For a start his linkedin profile has him at AEM since this April (before Ross was around to approve him) , and secondly, his career seems to have been strongly linked to the Cobham/NAT contracts (now sold to Canyon and, as of the last annual report, still accounting for almost half AEM revenue {Though in this report licenses are mentioned}).
