Klogg, Mr Singh has a very formal style of oral delivery: an observation not a criticism.
He comes across as taking his duty seriously to look after the whole body of shareholders, not just the Chairman (himself) and the Board plus executives.
While I haven't met the man, I get the impression he's a moral/ethical individual, not something one could say about every company Director in ASX-listed companies.
One would be unlikely to incur any unseemly 'corporate governance issues' with a gent like him if I'm any judge. No scandals of any type.
Organisations that facilitate financial advice to the community need a 'steady as she goes' management. He's it I reckon. Maintaining trust would be his #1 priority.
