Its like the directors have this as a side hustle, and have other businesses they focus on (check their bio's).
Deadlines always missed. They were supposed to take full ownership I think atleast 1 year ago when the deal was announced. Still hasnt happened
Look back at older investor presentations and youll see a lot of "imminent" catalysts that have yet to eventuate
