A look at the JV's and Strategic shareholders, the selected drilling locations of recent wells makes a lot of sense.
The JV with Vutomi Energy has more potential. Vutomi Energy was formed in 2019 following the acquisition of the Newcastle 18.5MW co-generation plant, which will be upgraded into a 100MW power plant. The 100MW power generation project will be gas-fired.

Corehole 270-06C spudded near the town of Newcastle intersected strong gassy zones and was successfully completed in early December 2022 with gas desorption results anticipated in early 2023.
