    ESH is a shrinking company, with less staff and less opportunity than 12 months ago - you can’t deny that.

    Gernot does not appear to be a genuine guy, no one, managing a tiny unprofitable business deserves any more than $100k a year. Exec chairman - it’s embarrassing to call himself that. He seems to be a fantasist.
