If its a good deal, I don't think it will matter, if they can buy into a discovery which is close to production and the seller is desperate to develop and doesn't have the financing to develop it and FAR has, could be very positive for FAR share price. Oil and Gas prices are predicted to go higher, some are predicting a $200usd oil price. To liquidate the company shareholders would be lucky to get $1.20aud and payments will be staggered as WPL's first payment is not due till 2023 and the other payments are spread over the next following few years after 2023.
