My bet is jumped. Hes a straight shooter with a good reputaion and would have been fed up with the issues clearly at board level.....
Now they need to change a couple at the board....otherwise if nothing changes, nothing changes and the next person wont be able to operate properly either......
I am still a fan of the resource but holding the $$ until I see board changes....
