A number of things have gone against the company in the last year or so - PB's retirement, so the new CEO has to know how to deal with PNG Govt. PB was an expert since the '90s. New PM Marape put clamps on Elk Antelope development - smacks of 'cargo cult' mentality, Major collapse in oil prices - now recovered but for how long. Sovereign risk is real guys!
