Think you may be onto something there Baron re: no intention to relist - also with discussion about returning capital to shareholders... If they are not going to pursue any other project opportunities, which I feel is unlikely given the wind down.

I am curious to know if it is possible to complete an in specie transfer to SH of the LLL shares once out of escrow... I can't see what that would be difficult, I just don't see what the options are for the interim period without the cost of maintaining the company - it would likely need to be delisted...
