The most recent suspension update stated that talks had ceased as per the original CR. A brief statement which could be left to interpretation..

The $98m would of caused us major dramas in the relist process as it was to go towards infrastructure development. We are explorers not developers.. so the original arrangement is “off the table”

Hang in there holders, don’t impatiently give your shares away due to past.. the future could potentially be very bright..
