High calibre indvdiuals are worth the value they bring to the table. You also have to consider rentention of key staff is paramount in such a hot sector.
I have no qualms with the package. He is a substantial shareholder & also the peformance options are well cosnidered being FID/200% & 300% higher than the current SP.
