Phosphagenics Executive Director and Founder Steps Down
8 July 2015, Melbourne: Australian drug delivery company, Phosphagenics Limited (ASX:
POH; OTCQX: PPGNY), announces Mr Harry Rosen, founder and former CEO, will from
today's date step down as President and Executive Director of the Company. Mr Rosen
has worked tirelessly for the Company in many roles and played a critical role in directing
the Company through recent turbulent times.
Mr Rosen has been dynamic in driving the Phosphagenics technology across a very broad
range of opportunities which has seen the company over its 15 years of existence partner
