Thats great news ,,seemed inevitable and rounds out the executive boards skill set nicely.
The rolling monthly terms are performance oriented and sufficient to keep a talented exec on board.
Also seems inevitable that ADD will 'break out' this year as the exploration net tightens around the most prized targets.
