Intresting title why not MD?
With a deal announcment having to be pushed out, one can only assume due to unrealistic demands from Bligh and now a title change for Mr Yang I can think of two things;

Option 1 He has been promoted to run a JV not real hard when you have to do nothing.

Option 2 Has he been promoted to take the blame for yet another corporte failure?

Remember they have no cash people. Time will tell which option is correct I suspect Option 2 is playing out! I hope not but I am normally correct on these things
