I think the senior management and board are collectively not good for the company - but the assets have outgrown the capabilities of this group.
Not uncommon - now rent seeking is in play.
GLTA - the asset is great Managemnet IMHO not so good - I hope deal is negotiated with COP and WPL and lets move on!
Lower salaries and more investment by management on half a million plus ollar salaries rather than free shares!
But this is not the case - this is all about the short term money it seems !
