The old timers have probably given up and sold out on the spikes which sounds quite reasonable to me as the SP is where it was years ago for no gain, cant blame them for that as this has been a dead end for the old timers.
Then there are others who bought higher expecting the riches the welded on have been predicting for years but to no avail.
Then there are others who knowing the resource is a good one have averaged down or sold then bought back lower to protect their investment or get some gain out of FAR on the next spike.
Then there are those make up fanciful stories that have proven to be wrong.
Then finally there are a few happy clappers who love what management have done regardless of where the SP sits and defend the company through thick and thin and instead of explaining why THEY are still here would rather tell those who complain about the poor SP to sell.

These are mostly the reasons HC exists as it would be pretty boring if everyone agreed.
