If things are not going well with no value being created after several years and the SP is stagnant and the company have gone into hibernation, ignore the facts, find a group of posters with a similar disposition for avoiding objective discussion and staunchly defend the Company at all costs.
Keep repeating how great things will be in the future and criticise anyone who is not like minded. Tell them to sell their shares at every opportunity if they question the performance of their investment. Moreover, call them names and insinuate that they are not in fact investors but hired by another party to disrupt the glory and success of your company and group of cohorts.
Hopefully this will buy some time and things will turn around and you will eventually appear vindicated by these actions and there will be a big celebration party and you will be worshipped. In the event this does not happen and there are further dilutions to your investment, just repeat these steps and continue to avoid and discussion about facts.
