The test on the forum is if the criticism is well thought through and actually holds water where some alternative management option is spelled out or is it just a childish whaaa-whaaa-whaaa crying whinge without any real substance.

Looking at FAR SP and MKT CAP is one way to assess if value has been unleashed or destroyed by management over time but it must be done in the context of the fluctuations in the global commodity price, capital raisings completed and a comparison to similar companies on the same exchange (if any exist). Looking at SP without that context it is a fair call to insert the dummy into the mouth of the crying baby or use the ignore feature if the level of irritation reaches an extreme level.
