As YA has said they need $US411m, half of which will be J/V finance, the rest is up in the air about how FAR go about it.

FAR have said they are in a position to be fully funded though you seem to be taking that as CN is saying FAR are now fully funded, cut and dried.
How do you align that with your previous statement saying no one will lend or commit finance to a project with no clear ownership?
To be in a position to say they are fully funded the J.V must have access to the J/V half of the funding which flies in the face of what you implied in the past.
Being in a position is a different kettle of fish to saying we are fully funded.
Is this revelation a material matter?
One would think so and would surely deserve more than a vague quote from CN.
Today's trading should tell us whether that remark is BS or not as finance was the stumbling block.
